Company makes every effort to provide our product as described and to avoid altering programme dates, lecturers, venues etc. However, should it be necessary, Company reserves the right to make appropriate changes and will notify the client at the earliest opportunity. A full refund will be given to all client in the event that the product does not proceed and an alternative venue is not suitable/applicable.7) Restitution and Return Policy
Refunds will not be issued to users engaging in fraudulent activities or violating our Terms and Community Guidelines, as determined at our sole discretion. Users deactivated for such reasons are also ineligible for refunds. If your subscription was acquired through third-party services, please refer to their refund policies.8) Stoppage and Termination
- If you do not wish your Membership to automatically renew at the end of the current annual period, you must give us at least three month’s written notice of your wish to terminate to ensure you do not incur the Annual Fee for the following Annual Period.
- You may terminate this agreement at any time by giving written notice, but the Annual Fee shall remain payable for the remainder of the then current annual period and you shall not be entitled to any refund of any Annual Fee already paid.
- We may suspend or terminate our Services at any time if we have good reason. For example, where you and we no longer have trust and confidence in each other or where, in our opinion, continuance could have a detrimental impact on our business, its activities, reputation or goodwill.
- Upon termination, all rights and licences granted to you under these Conditions automatically cease and you are immediately required to cease all use of the Company Trade Marks and other intellectual property rights owned or licensed by us. For the avoidance of doubt, you shall not be entitled to use any of the Company Trade Marks, including Certified, on any website, document or other materials following termination and must procure that any third parties who are marketing on your behalf also comply with this clause

You are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. - Regularly update your Registration Data to keep it accurate, complete, and current.
- Modify your personal data anytime through the "Settings" on your account profile.
- If a Paid Service is suspended or canceled, your access to any related information may be terminated, for which the company disclaims any responsibility for data loss.
- Guard your account and any Paid Services you purchase against unauthorized or fraudulent use. Immediately report any suspicious activity to the company.
- Refunds for payments made before reporting unauthorized or fraudulent account activity are not issued. The company reserves the right to close or cancel accounts used for unauthorized or fraudulent activities.
- Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, reselling, or exploiting any aspect of the Paid Services without express written permission from the company is strictly prohibited.
- The company disclaims any liability for losses or damages resulting from your failure to secure your account.
